- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The care and attentiveness of ICU staff and cardiac floor staff is AWESOME! Just moved here last August and husband suffered cardiac problems requiring a lengthy stay with procedure. Everybody from the clinic to admissions was great..THEN...Diane, business office personnel happened. I will not rest until I have her reported to every official I can. She was so rude to my 87 year old husband when he was giving her permission to speak with me (despite all the paperwork already signed giving me that right). So unprofessional and certainly does NOT need to be dealing with the public. Otherwise, great experience with this facility.October 28, 2017by Vikki Goodwin
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I honestly wouldn't even give you a 1 star if I could comment without it. I'm on my husband phone at the moment because we are at providence in Icu with my husband on the vent because of you guys! If you guys would of cared a little more Sunday when he was stroking out and you call it a stupid Migrine and sent him on his way when he could hardly walk, he might not be and vent now. No words can describe the way I'm feeling right now. James Eric Parker yeah look that name up on Sunday, when he came in on ambulance.You done nothing for him,and now he is in Icu on a vent.August 16, 2017by Eric Parker
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I personally wouldn't give this hospital any stars. I would give the micu thousands of stars but the floor nurses absolutely are horrible. Patient care is out the door and has been for quite a while at this hospital. To worried about charting then medicine. As a former employee and who has had multiple family members work here I'm appalled by how little the nurses do know especially on 2west. My mother is a patient there now and I had to bathe her, I had to get her ice chips, I had to do nurses jobs. So nurses get off the computer charting and get back to patient care first. This is not a world class hospital system. I'm very ashamed of Ocean Springs Hospital in which I used to be an advocate for. Ashamed!!!June 07, 2017by erin brown
