  The front desk staff are wonderful - very warm and helpful. The nurse practitioner is extremely knowledgeable, explaining what was going on and how to treat and prevent it - along with ways to combat the symptoms for a little extra relief. Short wait time and overall great experience. They even call back to see how you are doing! I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of quick medical care!

  Front desk staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. The nurse practitioner was great as well. It did take a while but there were 2 people in front of me when it opened. Hard to believe those negative comments when my overall experience was great.

  Worst place ever!!! Claimed my baby had an viral infection sent her home with cold meds and antibiotic and she had a very serious diagnosis that is life threatening untreated!! I went to ER same day couple hours later bc she was getting worse with their meds...she ended up transported to USA women and children's in mobile AL I wouldn't bring my worst enemy to that urgent care clinic in OS!
